Information we collect

Information you provide. When you complete the qualification questionnaire, we collect your first and last name, email address, and phone number, along with your answers about your business: its industry, approximate annual revenue, whether it's currently profitable, when you're hoping to sell, your asking price, how many years it's been operating, and what state it's based in.

Information collected automatically. We record the page you landed on, the referring page, the timestamp of your submission, and any UTM parameters or Google Click ID (gclid) present in your landing URL, so we can tell which ad or campaign brought you here. These are captured on your first page load and held in your browser's session storage (not a persistent cookie — it clears when you close the tab) so they survive the multi-step form.

Advertising cookies. If a Google Ads conversion tag is ever added to this site, Google may set its own cookies to measure ad performance when you reach our thank-you page. That data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

• To determine whether we can realistically match your business with a buyer from our network.
• To contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry and, if you qualify, to schedule your free valuation call.
• To measure which ads and campaigns are effective, using your attribution data in aggregate.

How we share your information

We share your submission with:

• GoHighLevel, our customer-relationship management platform, which receives your full submission so our team can follow up.
• Our booking calendar provider (embedded on the page you see after qualifying), if you schedule a valuation call.
• Google Ads, for conversion tracking, if and once that tracking is added to this site.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How long we keep your information

We retain submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, follow up on your inquiry, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing phill@pacconsults.com.

Children's privacy

This page is intended for adults seeking to sell a business and is not directed at, or knowingly collecting information from, anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
