These Terms of Service govern your use of this business-sale qualification page, operated as Get My Business Sold Today, a service of PAC Consulting, a brand of P.A.C Firms LLC (“we,” “us”). By using this page, you agree to these terms.
What this service is
This page asks a short set of questions about your business to help us determine whether we can match it with a buyer from our internal buyer network. PAC Consulting is a business brokerage and M&A advisory firm. We are not a lender, and completing this questionnaire is not itself an offer to buy your business.
No guarantee of a sale
Completing this questionnaire does not guarantee that your business will sell, that you will receive any particular offer, or that any given timeline or sale price will be achieved. Our qualification result is a preliminary assessment only, based on the answers you provide, not a valuation or an offer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this page. By submitting the form, you confirm that you meet this requirement, that you are authorized to represent the business described, and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current information about yourself and your business, and not to submit false information, impersonate anyone else, or attempt to interfere with or abuse this page (including its anti-spam protections).
Valuation calls and bookings
If you qualify, you may be offered the option to book a free valuation call through a third-party scheduling tool embedded on this site. That provider's own terms apply to the booking process itself.
Confidentiality
We take reasonable steps to keep your inquiry and business details confidential during the process, but you should not include information in the form that you would not want handled electronically and shared with our internal team and systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and branding on this page belong to PAC Consulting / P.A.C Firms LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
